Michael Southwell, the proprietor of DNEBA Enterprises, personally supervises all web development. He has been developing websites since the early 1990s, and is particularly interested in blending good design with universal accessibility.

Southwell is a Zend Certified Engineer.

Southwell has been Vice President for Education for New York PHP. He has taught their two-day in-depth PHP course, provided onsite training, and managed NYPHP’s Education program in general. [NYPHP has ceased operations.]
