Michael Southwell, the proprietor of DNEBA Enterprises, personally supervises all web development. He has been developing websites since the early 1990s, and is particularly interested in blending good design with universal accessibility.

Southwell is a Zend Certified Engineer.

Southwell is Vice President for Education for New York PHP. He teaches their two-day in-depth PHP course, provides onsite training, and manages NYPHP’s Education program in general.
